Woodbridge to Pearson
Woodbridge is one of the most genuinely Italian communities in Canada, built up over decades around Islington Avenue, Weston Road, and the sprawling residential streets between Highway 400 and Highway 7. The people here travel a lot. Extended family in Italy and Portugal, business flights out of Terminal 1 to New York and London, Caribbean departures from Terminal 3. Some families book us for every long-haul vacation. Others call because they have a 6 a.m. Air Canada departure and they are not leaving a $60,000 vehicle in airport parking for two weeks. If you want to know more about how we’ve built this service from the ground up, read our about us page it explains why we operate the way we do. For Woodbridge departures we have four vehicles ready: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers at $85, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6 at $110, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14 at $650, and a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 or for the occasions that call for something more. Every price includes HST and 15% gratuity locked at booking. Browse our fleet if you want to see exactly what you are getting in before you book.
The drive itself is simple almost unfairly so. Woodbridge sits right against the western boundary of Vaughan, and from most streets you can reach Highway 427 in under ten minutes. Take 427 south to the 401, exit at Airport Road, and you are pulling into Terminal 3 or Terminal 1 in around 20 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Some drivers use Hwy 27 south through Rexdale as an alternative when the 427 is stacked near Finch. We have run this corridor hundreds of times and we know exactly where it slows the 427 southbound at Albion Road on weekday mornings is the reliable choke point. Total distance from central Woodbridge to YYZ is roughly 18 to 22 km depending on your exact address. Our expertise on this short but sometimes deceptive stretch comes from years of early-morning pickups on Kipling, Islington, and Hwy 400 corridor. Why Woodbridge Chooses Toronto Airport Limo
How Long Does Woodbridge to Pearson Airport Take?
Woodbridge to YYZ is one of the shortest airport drives in the GTA roughly 18 to 22 km depending on your address, and 20 to 35 minutes under ordinary conditions. The standard route heads south on Islington Avenue or Weston Road to Highway 427, then south to Highway 401 westbound for one exit to Airport Road, then north into the terminal complex. It is direct, and on a clear run at 10 a.m. it takes 22 minutes door to curb.
The complication is peak hour. The 427 southbound between Albion Road and Finch backs up reliably between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. weekdays. When it does, Highway 27 south through Rexdale is the better path it adds a few minutes in distance but avoids the ramp stacking completely. We know this stretch cold. Woodbridge addresses near Hwy 400 and Rutherford Road have easy access to 400 south to the 409 westbound toward the terminals as well.
Terminal assignment at YYZ: Air Canada uses Terminal 1. WestJet, Sunwing, Flair, and most US carriers use Terminal 3. Confirm your terminal on your boarding pass the two are separated by a 5-minute internal drive.

What Woodbridge Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
“We live on Pine Valley Drive in Woodbridge and have used this service four times now. The driver is always waiting in the driveway five minutes early. The flat rate to Pearson never changes and that matters when you are managing a family of five heading to Rome.”
“Our flight from JFK was delayed almost three hours and landed at Terminal 1 well after midnight. The driver was still there, calm, no extra charge for the wait beyond what was disclosed upfront. That kind of reliability is hard to find.”
“Booked the Sprinter Van for a corporate group from our Woodbridge office heading to a conference flight out of Terminal 3. Fourteen people, all their luggage, on time, professional driver. Exactly what we needed and the van was immaculate.”
“I have a 5 a.m. departure habit from my years of business travel. Getting a reliable pickup at 3:30 a.m. in Vaughan used to be a real problem. These guys have never once been late. I stopped looking for other options two years ago.”
“Our daughter’s wedding had 12 guests coming from Woodbridge to the airport for a destination flight. We rented the stretch limo and the van together. Both drivers coordinated perfectly, arrived at the right terminals, and the whole group made the flight with time to spare.”
“The driver tracked my flight from Montreal, which was running 40 minutes early, and was already at Terminal 1 when I landed. I did not wait at the curb at all. That is genuinely impressive and I have told everyone at my office.”
“Live on Islington just south of Major Mackenzie. The driver knew exactly where to pull in. He loaded the bags without being asked, quiet and professional. I appreciate that the price on the booking confirmation was exactly the price I paid. No surprise.”
“Tried two other limo companies before finding Toronto Airport Limo. The others had surge pricing at peak times and the drivers were hit or miss. This service is consistent every single time. Escalade was spotless and the driver dressed professionally.”
“My parents are elderly and need extra time getting in and out of the vehicle. The driver from Woodbridge was patient, helped with both their carry-ons, and waited until they were fully inside Terminal 1 before leaving. That kind of service made a real difference for us.”
“Booked the sedan for an early morning corporate flight out of Terminal 3 from my address in Woodbridge. The driver was familiar with Pine Valley Drive and Weston Road, skipped the 427 which was already backing up, and I made my gate with 20 minutes to spare.”
“I book online, get a confirmation immediately, and the driver is on time. That is the entire experience. I am not sure why airport travel has to be complicated with other companies but with this one it simply is not.”
“We had a two-week vacation to Europe and did not want to drive to the airport. The driver picked us up from our street in Woodbridge, got us to Terminal 1 in 25 minutes, and when we came back he was waiting right where he said he would be. Exactly as described, every time.”
“Flight was delayed out of JFK and I landed nearly two hours late at Terminal 1. I was bracing to scramble for a cab at midnight. Instead, the driver texted me that he was tracking my flight and was already in the pickup area. That is exactly what you want after a long travel day.”
