Concord to Pearson — The Route We Know Cold
Concord sits at the southern tip of Vaughan, right where York Region starts to give way to the dense traffic of the 400 corridor. It is a community built around industry and logistics — Keele Street, Langstaff Road, and the Jane Street stretch through here carry the weight of Concord’s working identity. Residents range from long-established Italian Canadian families to newer professionals drawn by the business parks and the relative calm compared to downtown Toronto. When travel time comes, whether for a business flight out of Terminal 1 or a family vacation departing Terminal 3, the question is always: who handles the airport run? If you want to contact us before booking, our team picks up 24/7 to walk you through every option. For a solo executive traveller, the Luxury Sedan fits three passengers comfortably. A household heading out for a winter trip picks the Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to six. Larger groups — a company team, a wedding party, a multi-family reunion — board the Mercedes Sprinter Van, which carries up to 14. And when the occasion calls for something more deliberate, the Stretch Limousine handles up to 16. Every rate is locked when you book, HST and 15% gratuity already folded in. You can also browse all service areas we cover across the GTA to see the full reach of the network.
Concord to Pearson is roughly 28 kilometres by road. The straightforward route goes south on Keele Street to Highway 400, then south to Highway 401, then west toward the airport — but in morning rush, that 400 on-ramp at Major Mackenzie backs up hard. A driver who knows this area skips that backup entirely, running Jane Street south or cutting through Weston Road depending on what the 400 is doing. Off-peak, you are looking at 25 to 30 minutes. During the peak northbound backflow on the 400 in the afternoon, the same drive can take 40 minutes or more. Major local employers include IKEA Canada’s North American headquarters on Weston Road, IMAX Corporation on Garratt Boulevard, and the dense cluster of manufacturing and distribution operations along Rivermora Court and Caldari Road. Travellers from these companies book with us regularly for early morning departures and red-eye returns. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Concord and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. The Route
How Long Does Concord to Pearson Airport Take?
Concord to YYZ — What the Drive Actually Looks Like
Concord is approximately 28 kilometres from Pearson’s Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Off-peak — say a 5 AM departure pickup — the drive runs 25 to 30 minutes. You head south on Keele Street, merge onto Highway 400 southbound at the Rutherford Road interchange, continue to the 401 westbound, and exit at Airport Road or Dixon Road toward the terminals.
That route is efficient until about 7:30 AM, when the 400 southbound between Rutherford and Finch starts stacking. On bad mornings we skip the 400 entirely and run Jane Street south, picking up Hwy 401 at Jane and Black Creek — it adds a couple of minutes on paper but saves real time in practice. The 401 westbound between the 400 and 427 is consistently the worst stretch on this corridor; we factor that in when calculating departure times.
Inbound from Pearson, Terminal 1 arrivals exit onto Airport Road and connect to Highway 427 northbound or reverse back through the 401. The drive back to Concord is generally lighter, unless there’s an afternoon backup on the 400 northbound between Lawrence and Sheppard — which happens more than it should.
Air Canada, WestJet, and a range of international carriers operate through both YYZ terminals. International arrivals typically add 45 to 75 minutes for customs and baggage. We track your flight and time the pickup accordingly.

What Concord Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I’ve been using Toronto Airport Limo for my monthly IKEA head office trips out of Concord for two years. The driver always knows to take Jane Street when the 400 is backed up at Rutherford. Never missed a flight once.
My flight from Frankfurt landed three hours late due to a mechanical delay. I expected chaos trying to reach my driver at midnight in Concord. Instead, they had already tracked the flight and my sedan was waiting at arrivals. Incredible service.
Booked the Escalade for a family of five heading to Cancun. Pickup was at 4:30 AM from Keele Street. The driver was there ten minutes early, helped load all the bags, and we cleared security with time to spare. Outstanding.
We organized a corporate group from our Concord office to fly to Calgary — eleven people with luggage. The Sprinter Van fit everyone perfectly. The flat rate was a fraction of what six separate cabs would have cost. Will book every time.
The price quoted online was the price we paid. No airport surcharge surprises, no HST shock. Everything included as stated. That kind of straightforwardness is rare these days.
I travel to New York for work every few weeks. The sedan pickup from my Concord home is always on time, always clean, and the driver never takes a longer route. Exactly what a business traveller needs at 5 AM.
My elderly mother flew in from Rome to Terminal 1. I arranged Meet and Greet service through Toronto Airport Limo. They greeted her with a sign, helped with her luggage, and got her safely to our home in Thornhill. She was so relieved.
Rented the stretch limo for my daughter’s wedding party departing from Concord to Pearson for their honeymoon. Champagne, fully decorated interior, punctual to the minute. Made the send-off genuinely memorable.
I tried a ride-share app once for an airport run and got surge pricing that doubled the fare. Switched to Toronto Airport Limo and haven’t looked back. Flat rate, professional driver, clean vehicle. No comparison.
The dispatcher called me the night before to confirm my 4 AM pickup details. That kind of proactive communication is what separates a real limo service from the rest. Smooth ride, arrived at Pearson with plenty of time.
As someone who flies out of Pearson six to eight times a year for business, I’ve tried multiple services. Toronto Airport Limo is the most consistent I’ve found. The Concord pickup is always handled cleanly and professionally.
My husband’s flight was diverted to Toronto from Buffalo due to weather. He called at 11 PM needing a ride from Terminal 1 to our place near Jane and Langstaff in Concord. They had a car there within 45 minutes. Lifesavers.
Excellent value for an SUV. Six of us with ski bags heading to a Whistler connection. The Navigator fit everything and the driver knew exactly which entrance at Terminal 3 to use. Very knowledgeable route.
