Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service through Toronto Airport Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Your flat rate is locked at the time of booking and includes HST and gratuity. No additional charges will be added at the time of service unless extra stops or wait time beyond 60 minutes are requested.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel a booking, contact us at +1 (877) 335-5304 or info@torontoairportlimo.net.

Flight Monitoring

Toronto Airport Limo monitors incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your chauffeur’s dispatch time accordingly at no additional charge. We require accurate flight information at the time of booking to provide this service.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner. Toronto Airport Limo reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger’s conduct puts the safety of the driver or vehicle at risk.

Limitation of Liability

Toronto Airport Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, flight cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
