The Service Experience
Most Welland passengers book 24 to 48 hours ahead of their flight, and when you do, you can contact us directly by phone or online to confirm pickup time, passenger count, and any luggage details. We work backward from your departure international passengers need to be at YYZ three hours early, domestic two so we calculate your door-to-door time precisely and build in a buffer for the QEW near Burlington or the 427 ramp backups that show up without warning. Your driver arrives 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup, not exactly on the minute and not 20 minutes late. When your flight gets delayed, we track it in real time and hold your car accordingly there is no surcharge for that. The four vehicles cover whatever your group needs: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, or a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 for a corporate group or a special occasion. You can browse our fleet online before you book so you know exactly what you are getting into. The flat rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay HST and 15% gratuity are built in, and nothing changes at drop-off regardless of what traffic does between East Main Street and Terminal 1.
The Route
Welland sits roughly 130 km from Toronto Pearson International Airport, which puts the drive at 90 to 120 minutes under normal conditions. The standard route runs north on Highway 140 or East Main Street to the QEW, which is the dominant artery for this whole corridor. From Welland you pick up the QEW near Thorold or St. Catharines South, then run north and west through St. Catharines, past the Grimsby interchange always worth watching for a merge squeeze and into Burlington. The Burlington Skyway can add real time during rush hour, and the stretch from Hamilton to the 403 junction is one of the most consistently congested sections on this entire route. From there the QEW continues northeast, meeting Highway 427 north of Oakville, and the 427 carries you straight into the airport complex.
We avoid Highway 406 north of Welland when conditions push us that way. For early morning flights departing before 7 a.m., the drive typically lands at 90 minutes or under the QEW corridor is genuinely clear before the Niagara commuter wave starts. Mid-afternoon on a weekday, budget 110 to 120 minutes. All four terminals at YYZ are covered; Terminal 1 handles Air Canada and most international carriers, Terminal 3 handles WestJet and U.S. carriers. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Welland and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. For a full list of pickup locations, visit our service area page.

What Welland Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I had a 6 a.m. flight out of Pearson and booked the sedan from Welland. Driver arrived at 3:45 a.m. sharp, the car was spotless, and we hit zero traffic on the QEW. Made it to Terminal 1 in 88 minutes. Exactly what I needed before an international trip.
My flight back from London was delayed four hours. Toronto Airport Limo tracked it without me saying a word. When I landed at 1 a.m., the driver was already at arrivals with my name on a sign. That kind of service is rare.
Used the Sprinter Van for a corporate group of 11 heading to Pearson from our Welland office. Everyone had their luggage, the van was immaculate, and the driver handled the QEW traffic through Burlington without drama. Our company books nothing else now.
Booked the stretch limo for my parents’ 40th anniversary trip. The pickup in Welland felt like a real occasion. Driver was professional, the car was stunning inside, and they arrived at Terminal 3 with smiles on their faces. Worth every cent.
The flat rate is what got me. I have taken taxis that started at one number and ended at a very different one. With Toronto Airport Limo from Welland, the price I got online was the price I paid. No extras at the door. Refreshing.
Early pickup from the north end of Welland for a red-eye. The driver knew exactly how long the QEW to 427 would take at that hour and we had a cushion at the airport. I was through security with time to breathe, which does not happen often enough.
Booked the Escalade for a group of five from Welland to catch a cruise flight at Pearson. Plenty of room for all the bags. Driver loaded everything without being asked and got us to Terminal 1 with 90 minutes to spare. Exactly what a big trip should start like.
I travel to Toronto for work regularly and the train schedule does not always cooperate. The sedan from Welland is my default. Consistent drivers, consistent timing, and I can answer emails during the ride. This service pays for itself in time saved.
First time using a limo service to the airport. I was nervous about timing from Welland but the dispatcher was calm, walked me through exactly when to book, and the driver had the route dialled in. I am converting from driving myself permanently.
The Burlington Skyway can be an absolute nightmare on weekday afternoons. Our driver had us on a timeline that accounted for it. We left Welland with enough buffer that even with a slowdown near the 403 we were at Pearson an hour before our Air Canada flight. Dialled in.
Booked for my mother who was travelling alone from Welland for the first time. The driver met her at the front door, handled her bags, and called me once she was checked in at the terminal. That peace of mind is something I did not expect to value as much as I did.
We do a family reunion trip every year and the Sprinter Van from Welland for twelve people has become the only way we start the holiday. No convoy of cars, no arguing about who drives, no parking fees for a week. The rate is genuinely fair for what you get.
My international flight was delayed and then cancelled. Toronto Airport Limo handled the communication without me chasing anyone. They rescheduled for the following day without a rebooking fee and the driver was at my Welland address exactly when confirmed. No fuss at all.
