North York to Pearson
North York is one of Toronto’s most densely connected communities a place where Bay Street executives live alongside growing immigrant families, where the towers along Yonge Street fill with Bay Street commuters every weeknight and where Mel Lastman Square hosts everything from cultural festivals to corporate events. People here travel to Pearson constantly: early morning business flights out of Terminal 1, international connections for families heading back to South Asia and the Caribbean, and leisure departures for people who work hard all year and finally have somewhere to be. When they need a car to the airport, they want something dependable enough that they stop thinking about it the moment they book and you can book online right now and have that exactly. We offer four vehicles for this run: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, and a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 passengers or any occasion that calls for one. Every quote includes HST and gratuity, locked at the time of booking with no changes at drop-off. Explore all of our services to see everything we cover across the GTA.
The drive from North York to Pearson International Airport covers roughly 27 to 32 km depending on which part of the district you’re departing from. From Yonge and Sheppard, our drivers typically take the Allen Road southbound to the Gardiner Expressway or cut west along Lawrence to the 401, then push north on Highway 427 to Airport Road. Morning rush hour between 7 and 9 AM turns the 401 west of Keele into a crawl we build that time in automatically rather than leaving it to chance. Off-peak, you’re at Pearson in under 30 minutes. During the full AM peak on a weekday, budget 45 to 50 minutes from the Sheppard corridor. We know where the construction backs up near Black Creek Drive, where the 427 clears fastest, and which Terminal 1 drop-off lane moves without a queue. The Route
How Long Does North York to Pearson Airport Take?
North York to YYZ What the Drive Actually Looks Like
From the heart of North York Yonge and Sheppard, Willowdale, the Bayview corridor, or Downsview to Pearson International Airport is roughly 27 to 32 km. The most reliable route for most North York departures uses Allen Road south to the Gardiner or Highway 401 westbound, then north on Highway 427 to Airport Road and into the Pearson terminal precinct. From the Finch and Jane area, cutting down Jane to Eglinton and picking up the 427 is often cleaner than fighting the 401 entirely.
Off-peak, this drive runs 25 to 30 minutes. Between 7 AM and 9 AM on weekdays, especially on the 401 west of Weston Road, budget 45 to 55 minutes. The stretch near Black Creek Drive and the 400 interchange is where things slow first. Friday afternoons after 3 PM can push that further. We dispatch accordingly no guessing from our end.
Terminal 1 handles Air Canada and Star Alliance. Terminal 3 handles WestJet, Air Transat, Sunwing and a number of international carriers. We confirm your terminal at booking so the driver positions correctly from the start. North York has a high volume of corporate travelers flying through T1 and a strong contingent of families on international departures through T3 we run both daily.

What North York Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I’ve been taking this service from North York to Pearson for three years straight and the price has never changed on me at the door. Booked a sedan for a 5 AM Air Canada flight and the driver was already waiting outside my building on Yonge Street at 4:15. Zero stress.
My flight from Frankfurt was delayed almost two hours. The driver tracked it and was at Terminal 1 arrivals exactly when I cleared customs no frantic texts, no waiting. This is the kind of service North York residents deserve for a Pearson run.
We booked the Sprinter Van for a family reunion group of eleven people heading to the airport from Sheppard Avenue. The driver loaded luggage efficiently and we were pulling into Terminal 3 with time to spare. No scrambling for taxis or Ubers for that group again.
Exceptional service from pickup on Finch Avenue to drop-off at T1. The SUV was spotless and the driver knew to take Allen Road instead of sitting on the 401 during the morning rush. Definitely the best airport car I’ve used in the city.
I travel to New York every other Monday and this limo service is now part of my routine. Pickup from my condo near Yonge and Eglinton, flat rate confirmed at booking, and the driver always knows whether to go T1 or T3 without me saying a word. Professional operation.
We used the stretch limo for my parents’ 40th anniversary trip departure from North York. The driver arrived early, helped with the bags, and made the whole experience feel like the occasion it was. My parents were glowing before they even got to the gate.
My WestJet flight was cancelled and rebooked with an earlier departure. I called the 877 number at 11 PM and a real person answered, adjusted my pickup to 3 AM, and the driver was there on time. That kind of 24/7 response is genuinely rare.
Took the sedan from my home near Bathurst and Wilson in North York for a 6 AM international departure. The driver called ahead with a 15-minute notice so I was ready at the curb. Made it to check-in with no pressure whatsoever.
My company uses Toronto Airport Limo for all executive travel out of the North York office on Yonge Street. Drivers are always clean-cut, on time, and know the routes well enough that executives can work in the car. We recommend them internally without hesitation.
The flat rate was the main reason I booked and it absolutely held. Sedan from Downsview area to Terminal 1, $85, exactly as stated. No conversation about traffic, no surcharge, nothing. Highly recommend to anyone in North York who travels regularly.
Used the SUV for a family of five plus luggage from Don Mills. Driver was courteous and loaded everything without a fuss. The Escalade was immaculate inside and had plenty of space even with the extra bags. Will book again for our summer trip.
I specifically needed an early morning pickup at 3:30 AM from the Bayview Village area. The driver confirmed the night before, showed up two minutes early, and the car was warm. Seamless from North York all the way to the T1 departures level.
Took the van for a corporate offsite group departure from our North York headquarters near Consumers Road. Twelve colleagues, all their gear, and the driver had them at Terminal 1 with an hour to check in. Flawless coordination on a tight schedule.
