Reliable, flat-rate limo service from Port Perry and Scugog Township to Toronto Pearson International Airport. HST and gratuity included. No surprises at drop-off.
Scugog to Pearson — The Route We Know Cold
Scugog Township sits on the eastern edge of Durham Region, and Port Perry — the township’s anchor town on the shores of Lake Scugog — draws a population that travels more than people expect. Families making transatlantic trips, business professionals connecting through Pearson for U.S. flights, agricultural professionals heading to international conferences, and retirees visiting family overseas all share one common problem: getting from Port Perry to YYZ without the stress of parking, traffic guesswork, or an uncertain rideshare. We cover all service areas across the Greater Toronto Area, and Scugog has been part of our run list since we started. Whether you’re leaving from Queen Street in downtown Port Perry or from a rural address further north on the township, we dispatch a driver who knows exactly how long the run takes. Choose a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, or a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 — all booked at a locked flat rate with HST and gratuity already included, so the number you see when you book is the number you pay. You can read more about us and why that pricing commitment matters to travellers who’ve been burned by surge pricing before.
The route from Scugog to Pearson is roughly 135 km. From Port Perry, Highway 7A heads west through Blackstock and connects to Highway 35/115, which drops south to the 115 and then joins Highway 35 toward the 401 corridor near Kirby. The more direct option on most days follows Regional Road 57 south toward Brooklin, picks up Baldwin Street into Whitby, then jumps on the 401 westbound. From the 401 at Whitby, it’s about 85 km straight west to the 427 interchange, where you peel north to Dixon Road and the Pearson cargo access loop, or continue to the airport expressway into Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. With clean traffic — meaning you’re not hitting Scarborough during rush hour — that 401 run takes about 75 to 85 minutes. Add school-run or construction delays and you’re looking at 95 to 110 minutes. We plan for the longer window as default for early morning flights, especially for anything departing before 8 a.m. Major employers in the area include Ontario Power Generation’s Darlington complex in Clarington, Oshawa’s GM Canada assembly operations, and the growing number of professionals at Lakeridge Health’s Port Perry hospital site who travel regularly. The Route
From Port Perry, we head south on Regional Road 57 through Brooklin to Whitby, then west on Highway 401. That stretch from Whitby to the 427 interchange is about 85 km, all 400-series highway. At the 427, we continue to the airport loop via Dixon Road or take the Pearson Airport Expressway depending on your terminal. The 401 through Ajax and Pickering can back up badly between 7 and 9 a.m. on weekdays — we factor that in on early departures and leave a full buffer built into your pickup time.
Airport Terminals
Toronto Pearson has two terminals. Air Canada, United, Lufthansa, and most Star Alliance carriers use Terminal 1. WestJet, Porter (international connections), and many U.S. and charter carriers use Terminal 3. Confirm your terminal when booking so your driver goes directly to the right curb. We handle both, every day.

We live out on a rural road north of Port Perry in Scugog and were nervous about getting to Pearson in time for a 6 a.m. flight. The driver arrived 10 minutes early at 3:30 a.m. and had us at Terminal 1 with over an hour to spare. Absolutely no drama, warm car waiting in the driveway. We’ve booked three times since.
I travel for work out of Pearson at least twice a month and used to drive myself and park. Switched to Toronto Airport Limo and the flat rate from Scugog actually saves me money once you factor in parking fees. The SUV is comfortable and the drivers are always professional.
My flight from Frankfurt was delayed nearly two hours and I was dreading a nightmare with my ride home. Toronto Airport Limo had already tracked the delay and my driver was waiting at the arrivals level when I walked out at midnight. That kind of service is genuinely rare.
Booked the Sprinter Van for a family group of nine traveling from Scugog to catch a Caribbean cruise flight. Everyone fit comfortably with all the luggage, no scrambling for two separate cars. The flat rate for the van was far better than what two SUV rideshares would have cost.
I called at 11 p.m. needing a very early morning pickup from my address on Lake Scugog road for a 5:45 a.m. flight. No problem at all — they had a driver confirmed within minutes. The car was clean, the driver was on time, and I made my flight without any stress.
Used the limo for a special anniversary trip flying out of Pearson. The Stretch Limo felt completely over the top in the best way — we drove from Port Perry feeling like we were already on vacation. The driver was polished and made the whole evening an occasion.
The 401 through Pickering was a disaster that morning — there was a collision near Brock Road that had traffic stopped. My driver took a detour through Ajax and still got me to Terminal 3 fifteen minutes before my check-in cutoff. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t panic. Impressive.
I’ve tried every rideshare app trying to get a car at 4 a.m. from Scugog. Half the time no driver accepts the trip. Toronto Airport Limo has never once let me down — confirmed booking, driver shows up, flat price. That’s all I need and they deliver it every time.
Our company books Toronto Airport Limo for clients traveling through Pearson. The professionalism is consistent — the cars are always clean and the drivers are courteous. For an Oshawa-based business sending people through YYZ regularly, this service has become our standard.
Booked the Escalade SUV from Whitby for a family of five with oversized ski bags. Everything fit, the driver loaded and unloaded without a fuss, and the ride was smooth the whole way. The flat rate was exactly what was quoted. No add-ons, no awkward conversation about extra bags.
I fly out of Pearson four times a year and was looking for something more reliable than driving myself and parking at the off-site lots. The sedan from my address near Lake Scugog is genuinely priced right and the experience is far better than I expected. Converted for life.
My mother is elderly and doesn’t travel well with stress. Using Toronto Airport Limo to get her to Pearson for a flight to visit family meant she wasn’t dealing with traffic, parking garages, or shuttles. The driver helped with her bags and walked her to the departures level. That kind of care matters.
Our sales team of seven needed a van from a meeting in Scugog to Terminal 1 for a connecting flight to Vancouver. The Sprinter was exactly right — comfortable seats, room for everyone’s carry-ons, and the driver kept us on schedule despite a slow section on the 401 near Kennedy Road.

Scugog Airport Limo — Common Questions
The flat rate from Scugog to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) starts at $215 for a Luxury Sedan carrying up to 3 passengers, $259 for a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, $750 for a Mercedes Sprinter Van for up to 14, and $895 for a Stretch Limousine for up to 16. All rates include HST and 15% gratuity. Airport pickup fees ($13 for Sedan/SUV, $24 for Van/Limo) apply on return trips from Pearson. The price is locked at booking — nothing changes at drop-off.
From Port Perry, the drive to Pearson is approximately 135 km. Under clean traffic conditions — typically evenings, weekends, or early morning before 6:30 a.m. — the run takes 80 to 90 minutes. On weekday mornings during rush hour, especially between 7 and 9 a.m. when the 401 through Ajax, Pickering, and Scarborough backs up, plan for 95 to 110 minutes. In winter with icy conditions on Regional Road 57 or Highway 401, we add a further 20-30 minute buffer and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
The rate is fully guaranteed once you complete your booking. Traffic delays, road detours, an extra wait at your pickup address, or a change in terminal do not change the quoted price. The only additions that can appear are optional extras you select — such as an en route stop ($10 to $20 depending on vehicle), Meet & Greet at the terminal ($45), or Highway 407 toll if used. All of those are disclosed upfront and do not appear as surprise charges after the ride.
Four vehicle types serve Scugog. The Luxury Sedan handles solo travelers and couples with up to 2 large bags. The Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV carries up to 6 passengers with 4 large bags — the most common choice for family airport trips from Port Perry. The Mercedes Sprinter Van handles groups up to 14 with full luggage. The Stretch Limousine carries up to 16 and is popular for weddings, anniversaries, and farewell send-offs with the whole family. All vehicles are late-model, clean, and professionally maintained.
Yes — we monitor every inbound flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or arrives early, your assigned driver adjusts automatically. You don’t need to call us or update your booking. The driver tracks the flight from the ground and staggers their arrival at the terminal accordingly. There is no extra charge for this monitoring or for a pickup time adjustment caused by a flight delay. This applies to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at Pearson.
Toronto Airport Limo has been running the Scugog-to-Pearson route since 2009. Every driver who handles this pickup knows the roads from Port Perry south — Regional Road 57, the Highway 401 westbound run, the terminal loop at YYZ. This isn’t a guess-and-hope operation. It’s a service that knows your route cold.
