Airport Limo Sutton Flat Rate to Pearson
Reliable, flat-rate limo service from Sutton to Toronto Pearson International Airport. HST and gratuity included. No surprises at drop-off ever.
Sutton to Pearson Airport Limo Service
Most of our Sutton passengers book online the evening before an early-morning departure and that’s exactly when it matters most to have a confirmed flat rate waiting, not a meter ticking while you sit in Woodbine Avenue construction traffic or watch a freight train hold the crossing near River Street. The pickup comes to your door, your luggage gets loaded, and the rate you locked in is the rate you pay full stop. HST and gratuity are already wrapped into the number. We carry our fleet of four vehicles on every route: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups of up to 14, and a Stretch Limousine for parties of up to 16 or special occasions. Whatever the road throws at us between Sutton and the 400-series construction detours, lake-effect fog off Georgina Island, a slow commute into the 404 interchange the price does not change.
From Sutton, the standard run to Pearson runs approximately 97 kilometres. The practical route heads south on Woodbine Avenue through Keswick, picks up Woodbine Avenue / Regional Road 9 south to Ravenshoe Road, then connects to Highway 404 south of Queensville. From there it’s Highway 404 south to Highway 401 west, then the 427 south or the 409 into the airport grounds Terminal 1 for Air Canada, WestJet, and most international carriers; Terminal 3 for Air Transat and select others. Under normal conditions on a mid-morning weekday, that’s 75 to 85 minutes. Before 7 a.m. on a clear day, you can do it in under 75 minutes.
A Friday afternoon departure is a different matter the 404 south through Newmarket and into the Oak Ridges area can drag, and we build that into our dispatch timing so you’re still at the airport with time to spare. We have been making this exact run from south Georgina Township since 2009, and the team at Toronto Airport Limo knows where the pinch points are before they show up on your Waze. All service areas are listed on our locations page. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Sutton and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009.

How Long Does Sutton to Pearson Airport Take?
Sutton sits at the southwestern corner of Lake Simcoe, in the municipality of Georgina. From the Sutton core, we head south on Woodbine Avenue through the traffic light at Dalton Road, past the Sutton District High School area and down through Keswick then pick up Regional Road 9 / Ravenshoe Road heading west and south toward the Highway 404 on-ramp near Queensville Side Road. This is the cleanest path out of south Georgina Township, and it avoids the Woodbine Avenue construction pockets that have made direct southbound drives slower over the past two summers.
Once we’re on Highway 404 south, it’s a straight run through the Newmarket and Aurora section, then the big interchange at Highway 401. Westbound 401 to the 427 south is the standard final leg the 427 feeds directly into the airport grounds at Dixon Road. For pickups, we use the arrivals loop at Terminal 1 (Air Canada, WestJet, international carriers) or Terminal 3 (Air Transat and select others) depending on your carrier. Total distance is roughly 97 kilometres door to gate.
In light traffic early morning before 6:30 a.m., or Sunday midday the trip runs 75 to 80 minutes. Rush hour, specifically northbound 404 in the evening and southbound in the morning commute window, adds time. The Bayview Avenue and Leslie Street interchanges near Green Lane can pile up on weekday mornings. We dispatch from Sutton with those patterns already factored in, so you have comfortable buffer time at the airport regardless of what the 404 is doing. Winter adds another layer Regional Road 9 and parts of Woodbine Avenue through Keswick can see heavy snow accumulation before Region of York plows reach that far north, and we account for that in early-morning winter dispatches.

What Sutton Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
Booked a Sedan for an early morning flight out of YYZ pickup was at 4:15 a.m. from our place in Sutton. Driver was in the driveway before I even made my coffee. The flat rate was exactly what they quoted, HST and tip already in. Zero stress before a long-haul flight to London.
Our flight from Cancun landed 2 hours late due to a mechanical delay. I was expecting a problem at pickup, but the driver was right there waiting in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall he’d been tracking the flight the whole time. That kind of service after a long trip is exactly what you need.
We used the Sprinter Van for a group of nine from Sutton going to a family reunion in Portugal first leg was getting everyone to Pearson. The van was immaculate, luggage for nine fit easily, and the driver knew exactly which terminal we needed without us saying a word. Will book again for the return.
I have been taking limos to Pearson from the Georgina area for years. Toronto Airport Limo is the only company where the car actually shows up on time and the driver knows the Woodbine Avenue route cold. No GPS fumbling, no random detours. Just a clean, professional ride.
Booked the Escalade for my wife’s surprise anniversary trip champagne ready in the back, driver in a suit, the whole thing. She was blown away pulling out of our Sutton driveway in a fully loaded SUV. The booking process was easy and the price was completely transparent from the start.
Business travel has me at Pearson six or seven times a year. I switched to Toronto Airport Limo after a rideshare surge pricing incident cost me almost double on a rainy Friday. The flat rate from Sutton never changes, and the vehicles are consistently clean and professional.
We booked the Stretch Limo for a group of twelve heading to Vegas from Pearson part of a bachelorette package. The limo was gorgeous, fully stocked, and the driver handled the Friday afternoon 404 traffic without complaint. Worth every penny for that experience.
My mother flew in from Vancouver late at night and I was worried about arranging a pickup from Terminal 1. The Meet and Greet service meant someone was holding a sign for her when she came through arrivals. She’s 74 and doesn’t travel often this made everything so much easier for both of us.
The driver showed up at our Sutton address right at 5:30 a.m. on a February morning when there was fresh snow on Woodbine Avenue. He navigated the conditions calmly and had us at Terminal 3 with 90 minutes to spare. I genuinely don’t know how he made that time in those conditions.
Called to book same-day after my original driver cancelled. Toronto Airport Limo had a Sedan confirmed within 20 minutes and the car was at my door on time. No extra fees for the last-minute booking, and the driver was excellent. That’s the kind of reliability that earns repeat business.
Our family of five used the SUV for a two-week trip to Europe three adults, two teenagers, six bags. The driver loaded everything efficiently and we were at Terminal 1 in about 80 minutes from our place in north Keswick. The flat rate made it cheaper than parking for two weeks anyway.
I travel for work and have used this service four times from the Lake Simcoe area. Every single trip has been on time, the vehicles are always clean, and the drivers are always professional and quiet which I appreciate early in the morning when I’m trying to prep for meetings.
Genuinely the best airport transfer I have had from Sutton. The booking confirmation came immediately, the driver texted an ETA 30 minutes before pickup, and the car was spotless. After years of dealing with unreliable rideshares up here, this is the only option that makes sense.
