Angus to Pearson Airport Limo Service
Most passengers from Angus book two to three hours before a domestic departure and two and a half to three before an international flight and that window is right for this route under normal conditions. The pickup itself is simple: we come to your driveway, the driver loads your bags, and you are moving toward Pearson before you have had time to stress about whether you will make it. If you have flown before and you know what a chaotic rideshare pickup feels like at Pearson, you already understand why people who have tried us once keep coming back, and the about us page explains the full story of how this service was built. Every vehicle option is covered depending on your group size Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, Stretch Limousine for up to 16 or special occasions. When you book online, the flat rate you see includes HST and 15% gratuity that number does not change at drop-off no matter what the traffic does.
The route from Angus to Toronto Pearson International Airport covers roughly 115 kilometres and takes between 75 and 95 minutes in normal conditions. From Angus, the standard routing uses County Road 90 west toward Barrie and then picks up Highway 400 southbound. The 400 is the backbone of this run and it behaves predictably most of the time but Friday afternoons and summer cottage weekends are a different story entirely, when the southbound lanes between Barrie and the Highway 89 interchange can slow to a crawl. The usual southbound exit is onto Highway 400 continuing to the 401, then west to Highway 427 south and directly into Pearson.
Alternatively, when the 400 clogs near the Innisfil area, experienced drivers will cut west on Highway 89 to pick up Highway 400 below the bottleneck or use the 9th Line corridor through Cookstown. Borden/CFB Borden is the area’s largest employer and early-morning military departures often mean 04:00 or 05:00 pickups we handle those without any minimum-hour surcharge. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Angus and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. See all communities we cover at our locations directory.

Why We’re Different
Why Angus Chooses Toronto Airport Limo
Four reasons passengers in Angus keep using us instead of calling a rideshare at 4 in the morning.
Flat Rate Guaranteed
The price locked at booking is the price you pay at drop-off. Highway 400 backup, construction near Innisfil, or a longer route around traffic none of it adds to your fare.
CPIC Certified Drivers
Every driver passes a CPIC criminal record check before they go near a passenger. For CFB Borden personnel and families who need verified, professional service, this is not optional it is standard.
Real-Time Flight Tracking
Inbound flights delayed? We watch the board. If your return flight into Pearson gets pushed back, your driver adjusts automatically. No waiting fees, no frantic calls from baggage claim.
24/7 Including 04:00 Pickups
Early departures from Angus are common, especially for military personnel at CFB Borden heading to early morning flights. We have been running 04:00 and 05:00 pickups from this area since 2009 no minimum hour penalty.
The Route
How Long Does Angus to Pearson Airport Take?
Roughly 115 km. Between 75 and 95 minutes in normal conditions. Here is what actually affects that number.
Primary Route
County Road 90 west to Highway 400 southbound. Stay on the 400 past Barrie, through Innisfil, through Bradford. Exit at Highway 401 westbound, then Highway 427 south directly into Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. This is the most direct line and it works well outside peak hours.
Distance & Drive Time
Approximately 115 km door to Pearson departures. 75 to 80 minutes when the 400 runs clean. Add 10 to 20 minutes for Friday afternoon or summer cottage weekend southbound slowdowns between Barrie and the Highway 89 interchange. We pad for it.
Traffic Conditions
The 400 south of Barrie is the only real risk on this run. Construction near Innisfil Beach Road has caused delays in both directions at different points. If it backs up badly, an experienced driver will cut west on Highway 89 at Cookstown to rejoin the 400 below the pinch point, saving meaningful time.
Terminal Info
Terminal 1 handles most Air Canada, Air Transat, and many international carriers. Terminal 3 handles WestJet, Sunwing, and several others. Confirm your terminal before departure the wrong drop-off adds unnecessary walking with bags.
CFB Borden Pickups
We pick up from residential areas around CFB Borden regularly, including addresses along Angus Drive, Mountainview Road, and the surrounding Essa Township streets. Confirm your specific address at booking and the driver will be there on time.

What Angus Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
Scroll through recent reviews from real passengers. We cap nothing and edit nothing.
I booked a 4:30 AM pickup from Angus for an early Air Canada flight out of Terminal 1. The driver was in my driveway five minutes early, helped with my bags without being asked, and the Highway 400 was clear the whole way down. We made it to Pearson in under 80 minutes. I would not use anything else for this route.
My flight from Pearson was delayed nearly two hours and nobody called to harass me or charge extra waiting fees. When I finally got through customs and walked out, the driver was standing there holding a sign. That is how it should work. Booking from Angus is always straightforward and the flat rate never changes.
We used the Sprinter Van for a group of eleven heading to a resort trip out of Terminal 3. Everyone loaded easily, the van was spotless, and the driver navigated the 400 very well despite some construction slowdown near Innisfil. Dropping off as a group at the terminal was much easier than splitting into multiple vehicles.
I am a military contractor at CFB Borden and fly regularly for work assignments. Toronto Airport Limo has been my go-to since 2021. Early pickups, professional drivers who show up on time, and a flat rate that makes expense reporting easy. Angus to Pearson with no stress is worth every cent.
The Escalade was exactly what we needed for a family of five with a pile of suitcases. Comfortable, clean, and the driver knew exactly which terminal WestJet was in without me having to say anything. Arrived with time to spare. Easy booking online and no surprise fees at drop-off.
I specifically needed a verified, background-checked driver for a client pickup at Pearson and then a transfer back to Angus. The CPIC certification was the deciding factor. The driver was professional, punctual, and handled the client interaction perfectly. Will absolutely use again for business travel.
Booked the Stretch Limo for our anniversary trip departure from Angus. It was an unexpectedly wonderful start to the vacation. Driver arrived right on the dot, vehicle was immaculate, and the champagne setup was a nice touch. Checked in at Pearson with our group of eight feeling very relaxed.
I had a tight connection at Pearson and was genuinely nervous about timing. The driver took Highway 400 down then cut through 427 with good lane management and got me there fifteen minutes faster than my GPS was estimating. Made the connection with time to grab a coffee. That is the kind of driving that matters.
Used the sedan service twice this year from the Angus area and both times were perfectly smooth. The drivers have clearly done this route many times and know where to go without needing directions. The price stays exactly what was quoted online. No add-ons, no excuses.
Our company sends staff to Pearson four or five times a month and we switched all our bookings to Toronto Airport Limo about two years ago. Reliable, professional, and consistent. For anyone in the Angus or Borden corridor needing regular airport transfers, this is the only service that has never let us down.
My mother needed a wheelchair-accessible level of care on her return flight and the driver was incredibly patient during the Pearson pickup. He waited nearly 45 minutes without complaint while she came through arrivals slowly. That kind of patience is rare and I genuinely appreciated it.
I was worried about the price before my first booking, thinking a limo service from Angus would cost way more than a taxi. The sedan at $223 all-in is actually competitive and far more comfortable and reliable. The driver met me curbside, bags in the trunk, and we were gone in under two minutes. That is now my standard.
I fly out of Pearson about once a month for consulting work and have been using Toronto Airport Limo from Angus since they were recommended by a colleague at the base. Early mornings, late nights, holiday weekends they have always shown up. The 400 can be unpredictable but we have never missed a flight.
