Flat rate, no surprises. Door-to-door service from Erin to Toronto Pearson International Airport HST and gratuity included, locked in at booking.
Erin to Pearson Airport Limo Service
Most passengers from Erin book online the night before or a few days ahead, which is exactly the right move this run works best when we know your flight number upfront and can track any delays before we ever pull out of your driveway. Pickup is at your door. The driver arrives clean and on time, vehicle ready, luggage handled. Whether you are catching a 6 AM departure or returning on a late-night international flight, our services cover every hour of the day and every day of the year. Four vehicles available on this route: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, and a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 or for those occasions that call for something a bit more. The flat rate you see at booking is the rate you pay HST and 15% gratuity are already in the number. Nothing changes at drop-off.
From Erin, the fastest route to Pearson heads south on Wellington Road 124 to Guelph, picks up Highway 401 east through Milton, then connects to Highway 427 north to Airport Road into Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Total distance is roughly 87 to 92 kilometres depending on your exact pickup address and which terminal you need. Under normal conditions, that’s 55 to 65 minutes. Morning rush on the 401 through Milton, or afternoon backup approaching the 427 interchange, can push it to 75 or 80 minutes we plan for that.
Crews at Wellington Electric, the Belfountain Conservation Area vicinity, and the surrounding farm operations all use this corridor regularly. The 401 through Halton and Mississauga is one of the busiest freight and commuter stretches in Ontario. Early morning departures tend to be smoother; pre-weekend afternoons are the hardest. We know the windows, and we build that knowledge into your pickup time recommendation.

How Long Does Erin to Pearson Airport Take?

Erin sits in the north end of Wellington County, about 87 to 92 kilometres from Toronto Pearson International Airport. The standard route heads south on Wellington Road 124 into Guelph, where it connects to Highway 401 eastbound. From there it runs through Rockwood, Acton, Georgetown, and Milton before reaching the Highway 427 interchange. The 427 heads north into Mississauga, connecting to Airport Road into the Pearson terminals. Under clear conditions with no major incidents, the drive takes 55 to 65 minutes.
The 401 between Milton and the 427 is the section to watch. Westbound freight traffic in the morning and eastbound commuter volume from Halton Region in the afternoon both compress heavily through this corridor. A 7 AM departure from Erin on a Monday in January can easily run 75 to 80 minutes if there is weather or an incident near the Trafalgar Road interchange. We recommend planning around that worst case, not the best case your driver knows the difference and will adjust your pickup time recommendation accordingly when you call or book online.
Terminal information: most international departures use Terminal 1. Many US and domestic flights use Terminal 3. When you book, tell us your airline we confirm which terminal so there is no guesswork at the airport end.

I live on a rural road just outside Erin and was genuinely not sure a limo company would bother with my address. Not only did they find me without any trouble, the driver arrived five minutes early at 4:30 in the morning and had the car warm. That kind of service is hard to find.
My flight from Pearson got delayed by two hours due to mechanical issues. I was expecting to have to fight for a cab at midnight when I finally landed. The driver was already waiting at arrivals he had tracked the delay in real time and just adjusted. Absolute peace of mind.
We booked the Sprinter Van for a group of nine heading to Cancún out of Terminal 3. Pickup from Erin went perfectly everyone was on time, the van was spotless, and we made it to the airport with an hour to spare even with some 401 traffic near Milton.
The flat rate pricing was what got me to try them the first time no surprise fees at the end. The driver was professional, the Escalade was immaculate, and I’ve used them three times since for business travel. Highly consistent across every booking.
Booked the sedan for a solo trip from my home in Erin. The driver knew exactly which terminal Air Canada uses and dropped me right at departures. No confusion, no circling the airport. I was checked in within 10 minutes of arriving. Perfect run.
I travel for work about twice a month and have tried several car services over the years. Toronto Airport Limo is simply the most reliable. The dispatcher is always reachable, the vehicles are clean, and the drivers know the 401 corridor well enough to avoid the worst of the traffic.
We used the stretch limousine for our daughter’s destination wedding departure a group of sixteen heading to Pearson for a flight to Portugal. The vehicle was immaculate and the driver handled the whole group with real patience. The price locked at booking with no changes at the end was exactly what we needed for event planning.
Early morning pickup, 5 AM from my property near Centre Road in Erin. Driver arrived on time, helped with the luggage without being asked, and the whole trip to Terminal 1 was smooth and quiet. Exactly what you want before a long international flight.
I called at 11 PM looking for a car to Pearson the following morning. Not only did they have a sedan available, the booking process was quick and I got a confirmation immediately. The driver the next morning was sharp and professional. No hesitation recommending them.
Returning from a long trip, my connecting flight was rerouted and I arrived four hours later than planned. I was expecting to have to sort out my own transportation at that hour. The driver had already been notified by the time I landed and met me at Terminal 1 arrivals without any fuss. Genuinely impressive service.
Clean Navigator SUV, driver dressed properly, flat rate exactly as quoted. I’ve been using this service for my quarterly Toronto trips for two years. Consistent every single time that reliability alone is worth the price over any rideshare app that surges during snow or rush hour.
My husband and I are regular travellers out of Pearson and we switched to Toronto Airport Limo after a rideshare gave us a surge price during an ice storm. The flat rate from Erin has never changed on us, not in three years of bookings. That consistency is everything when you’re trying to catch a flight.
Used the sedan for an early departure during a February snowstorm. The driver called ahead to confirm road conditions and adjusted the pickup time by 15 minutes to ensure we had enough buffer. We made the flight with time to spare. That level of proactive communication is rare.
