Airport Limo Etobicoke Flat Rate to Pearson
Fixed pricing from your door to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. HST and gratuity included. No surprises at drop-off, no surge pricing, no waiting games.
Etobicoke to Pearson
Etobicoke sits at the western edge of Toronto proper, and its residents tend to travel with purpose. Whether it’s an executive heading out of Billy Bishop for a quick Montreal run or a family departing from Pearson on a long-haul international flight, Etobicoke passengers know what they need: punctuality, a clean vehicle, and a driver who doesn’t need to check the GPS every five minutes. We cover all service areas across the Greater Toronto Area, but Etobicoke is one of our busiest corridors precisely because it sits so close to the airport. You can choose a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for groups up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for up to 14 when the whole team is flying out, or a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 when the occasion calls for it and you can book online in under two minutes with your flat rate locked immediately, HST and gratuity already included, no adjustments at drop-off.
The quickest way from most of Etobicoke to Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 is via Hwy 427 North, a direct shot that keeps you off the 401 congestion through Mississauga. From the Kingsway area or the Humber Valley neighbourhoods, total distance to YYZ runs about 14 to 22 km depending on your exact street. Normal drive time in clear conditions is 15 to 25 minutes. During morning rush especially between 7:00 and 9:00 am on the Gardiner–427 interchange expect closer to 30 to 35 minutes, which is why we pad every early-morning pickup by default. Etobicoke’s major employment base includes Humber River Hospital, the Etobicoke Civic Centre on Hwy 27, and several corporate campuses clustered around Kipling Avenue and the Queensway. We’ve done thousands of pre-dawn runs from those neighbourhoods. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Etobicoke and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009.

Why Toronto Airport Limo
Why Etobicoke Chooses Toronto Airport Limo
Flat Rate Guaranteed
Your price is set the moment you book. The meter doesn’t run. Traffic on the 427 or a detour through Etobicoke’s Queensway corridor changes nothing. You pay exactly what you were quoted.
CPIC Certified Drivers
Every driver in our fleet is CPIC background-checked the same standard used by Canadian law enforcement. This matters especially for corporate clients from Etobicoke’s Kipling Avenue business corridor and for families travelling with children.
Real-Time Flight Tracking
We monitor your flight live from dispatch. If your return flight lands early or gets pushed 90 minutes by ATC, your driver adjusts automatically. You won’t be waiting at the curb outside Terminal 1 after a red-eye.
24/7 Including Humber College Hours
Students and staff at Humber College’s North and Lakeshore campuses often have flights departing before 6 am or arriving after midnight. We run around the clock, 365 days a year, with no after-hours surcharge on the base fare.
Route Details
How Long Does Etobicoke to Pearson Airport Take?
Primary Route Hwy 427 North
From most of Etobicoke, we take Hwy 427 North directly to Airport Road. This bypasses the 401’s Mississauga merge points entirely and delivers you to the departures level at Pearson in 15 to 25 minutes on a clear run. Distance from central Etobicoke to YYZ: approximately 14 to 22 km depending on your pickup address.
Traffic What Actually Happens
The Gardiner Expressway–427 interchange backs up hard between 7:00 and 9:00 am on weekdays. South Etobicoke pickups near the Queensway or Lake Shore Boulevard need extra buffer in the morning. We schedule those pickups accordingly. Evenings after 5:00 pm can also stack up if there’s an event at Scotiabank Arena spilling onto Lake Shore. Weekend runs are reliably clear.
Terminal Information
Pearson has two terminals. Terminal 1 handles Air Canada and Star Alliance carriers. Terminal 3 serves WestJet, Sunwing, and several international carriers. Confirm your terminal when booking the departures and arrivals driveways for T1 and T3 are on opposite ends of the airport complex, and the difference matters if you’re running close to boarding.
Local Etobicoke Pickups We Know Well
Kingsway area, Humber Valley Village, Long Branch, Mimico, Richview, Rexdale, and Islington–City Centre West are all regular corridors for us. Rexdale pickups near Finch Avenue and Kipling are practically on the way to the airport anyway that run is often under 15 minutes in off-peak hours.

What Etobicoke Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I’ve been using Toronto Airport Limo for my business travel out of Etobicoke for the past three years. The driver is always waiting when I come down from my office on Kipling Avenue, vehicle is spotless, and the fare never changes. That kind of reliability is worth every dollar.
Our flight back from Cancún got delayed by over two hours due to weather. When we finally landed at Terminal 3, our driver was already there, zero stress. He told us he’d been tracking the flight since it left Mexico. That’s the kind of service that turns a frustrating night into a non-event.
Booked the Sprinter Van for a team of eleven from our Rexdale office heading to a conference in Chicago. Every seat was comfortable, the luggage all fit, and we pulled up to Terminal 1 departures with 20 minutes to spare. Exactly what a corporate group needs.
I’ve tried the apps and the regular taxis from my home in the Kingsway. Nothing compares to this service. The sedan was a proper luxury vehicle quiet, clean, and the driver knew exactly which terminal I needed without me having to explain. Booked online in two minutes the night before.
5:30 am pickup from Humber Valley. I’ve had rideshare drivers cancel on me at that hour twice before. Toronto Airport Limo has never been late once in fourteen bookings. I tell every colleague at work the same thing just use these guys and stop stressing about getting to the airport.
Flew into Pearson at 1:30 in the morning after a red-eye from Vancouver. The driver was at arrivals with a sign, helped load all three bags without being asked, and had water waiting. The flat rate I’d locked in at booking didn’t change despite the late hour. Genuinely impressed.
Booked the stretch limo for my daughter’s bachelorette eight of us heading to the airport for a girls’ trip to Vegas. The vehicle was immaculate, the driver was professional and kind, and pulling up to departures in that limo made the whole trip start on a high note. Absolutely worth it.
I work at Humber River Hospital and occasionally travel for medical conferences. Toronto Airport Limo has been my go-to for three years. Early morning or late evening, the sedan is always there, always clean, and the driver is always quiet and professional exactly what I need before a long flight.
Used the Escalade for a family of five flying to Portugal. Two parents, three teenagers, plus all the luggage for two weeks abroad. Everything fit. The driver helped load everything efficiently. Price was fixed and matched exactly what we’d seen online. No hidden extras at all.
I travel twice a month for work mostly out of Terminal 1. Toronto Airport Limo has been my only choice for two years running. The app booking takes 90 seconds, the confirmation arrives instantly, and the driver always calls 10 minutes before arrival. That’s the kind of system a frequent flyer actually needs.
My elderly parents flew in from Italy and don’t speak English well. I arranged Meet and Greet service and gave them the driver’s name in advance. The driver waited at arrivals with a sign, helped with their luggage, and drove them directly to our home in Etobicoke without any confusion. Extraordinary service.
Needed a 4:00 am pickup from my place near Lake Shore Boulevard West to catch an early international departure. The Navigator was there at 3:55. The drive to Terminal 3 was smooth and quiet. I slept the entire way. Couldn’t ask for a better start to a long travel day.
Toronto Airport Limo handled our corporate retreat transfer 12 people from the Queensway office to Terminal 1. The Sprinter was pristine, arrived 10 minutes early, and the driver helped load all the gear without being asked. Our team was talking about how smooth it went for the entire flight.
