East York to Pearson Airport Limo Service
Most East York passengers book the night before or first thing in the morning and that timing matters, because this run can swing between 35 minutes on a quiet Sunday and close to an hour on a Tuesday morning when the Gardiner backs up from the Spadina ramp all the way east. If you want to understand how we think about every trip, take a look at our about us page but what you really need to know before your flight is this: the driver shows up, the rate is locked, and nothing that happens on the DVP or the 427 changes the number on your invoice. You can ride in a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, or a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 for a special occasion all four options are laid out in detail on our fleet page. Every booking comes with HST and 15% gratuity already built into the quoted price.
From East York, the most direct path to Pearson starts by cutting west across Danforth Avenue or O’Connor Drive to pick up the Don Valley Parkway southbound. The DVP feeds into the Gardiner Expressway westbound, which takes you across the waterfront to the 427 northbound and that’s your final leg into Pearson’s grounds, about 38 km from the heart of East York. On a clear run that’s 35 to 40 minutes. Rush hour on weekday mornings especially anything between 7 and 9 a.m. can push that to 55 minutes or longer, particularly if there’s a lane restriction on the Gardiner between Jameson and the Spadina merge. We add buffer accordingly.
East York has grown considerably around Coxwell and Pape, with Mount Dennis and the Eglinton Crosstown corridor shifting traffic patterns across the borough. Passengers from the Leaside area sometimes prefer the Allen Expressway approach via Lawrence, but we usually default to the DVP south route unless conditions say otherwise. Once at Pearson, we serve both Terminal 1 for Air Canada and Star Alliance flights and Terminal 3 for all remaining carriers. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving East York and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. Find all routes across the region at our locations page.

How Long Does East York to Pearson Airport Take?
Primary Route: DVP South to Gardiner to 427 North
From anywhere in East York Woodbine Heights, Crescent Town, O’Connor Hills, Leaside we merge onto the Don Valley Parkway southbound. That’s the consistent first move. The DVP connects to the Gardiner Expressway, we head west along the waterfront, then north on the 427, and exit at Dixon Road or Hwy 409 into the Pearson complex. Total distance runs about 38 km.
Traffic Reality on This Corridor
The 401 westbound near Weston Road can clog badly, so the Gardiner-427 approach usually beats it. Morning rush on the DVP northbound (coming back from a pickup) is rough, but outbound south is generally manageable before 8 a.m. The Gardiner between Jarvis and the Spadina ramp is the pinch point construction has been reshaping it for years and likely will be for a few more. We watch it live every run.
Terminal Info at Pearson
Air Canada, United, Lufthansa, and most Star Alliance carriers use Terminal 1. WestJet, Sunwing, Air Transat, and several U.S. carriers use Terminal 3. Not sure which one? We confirm your terminal when you book, so there’s no confusion curbside.

Airport Limo RosedaleWhat East York Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I’ve taken this service from East York to Pearson four times now and the driver has never been late once. Even when my flight from Vancouver got rerouted and landed two hours late, the driver was waiting calmly in arrivals. That kind of reliability is worth every dollar.
I had a 5:30 a.m. departure out of Terminal 1. The driver was at my door on Coxwell Avenue at 3:45 a.m. and we made it to the airport in under 40 minutes. The car was warm, the driver was quiet, and the price was exactly what I was quoted online. No hidden surprises.
Booked the Sprinter Van for our entire family 11 people heading to Cancun for a wedding. The van showed up on time in Scarborough, had plenty of room for all the luggage, and the driver knew exactly how to get to Terminal 3 without any detours. Phenomenal group service.
My flight from London got delayed by three hours and I was worried I’d be stranded at Pearson. Toronto Airport Limo tracked the delay automatically and my driver was there when I landed. I didn’t have to call or text anyone. That alone is why I’ll never use another service.
Clean Escalade, professional driver, fair price. I travel for work twice a month and this is the most consistent airport car service I’ve used in Toronto. Booking online takes two minutes and the confirmation comes instantly.
Hired the Stretch Limo for my daughter’s graduation party. We picked up six friends from the Pape Avenue area, swung by for a dinner stop, then headed to the airport for her flight to Vancouver. The driver handled the whole evening without a single hiccup.
I specifically asked for a quiet ride because I had to prep for a board presentation on the way to the airport. The driver understood immediately and we made the whole trip in near silence. That kind of professionalism is rare. Outstanding.
The price for the sedan from East York was only $85 all-in. I’ve paid more than that in Uber surge pricing during rush hour just to get to Union Station. This was faster, smoother, and the driver helped with my bags. I can’t believe I didn’t use this service sooner.
Booked a 4 a.m. pickup from Leaside for an early morning flight to Montreal. The driver was outside at 3:55. We were at Terminal 1 in 38 minutes and I had time for a coffee before security. These are the small things that make a big difference on travel days.
My company uses Toronto Airport Limo for all executive pickups. The vehicles are always immaculate, the drivers are punctual and discreet, and the billing process is straightforward. We’ve never had a complaint from any of our executives in over two years of using this service.
I’m an anxious flyer and the last thing I need is uncertainty about getting to the airport. Booking with Toronto Airport Limo has taken that stress completely off my plate. Three trips from Woodbine Heights and every one was flawless. The flat rate guarantee is not just a gimmick it’s real.
Used the Navigator SUV for a group of five heading to Vegas for a bachelor party. The driver knew every shortcut and we hit Pearson in record time on a Friday afternoon which I still find hard to believe. Great music, ice-cold water in the car, and zero stress. Perfect way to start the trip.
Called at 11 p.m. because my original transport fell through and I had a 6 a.m. flight. Toronto Airport Limo confirmed a booking within minutes and the driver was at my place in East York right on schedule. Saved my trip. I’ve been a regular customer ever since.
