We’ve been running our airport transfer service out of Pearson since 2009. Both Terminals. One Standard.
Terminal 1 handles Air Canada, United, and most transatlantic routes. When you clear customs and walk out to Level 1, your chauffeur is already there with a name sign. The Ground Transportation desk is on Level 1 just past the customs exit if you get separated or your phone is dead, ask any Commissionaire to contact Toronto Airport Limo and they’ll reach your driver directly.
Terminal 3 covers WestJet, Sunwing, Air Transat, and US carriers. Arrivals come out at street level directly outside baggage claim. Your driver waits there. For both terminals, the limo compound sits at Door A. If you walk out the wrong exit, tell the Commissionaire at the door they know where Door A is and they’ll point you right.

We start tracking your flight from the moment it’s airborne. Not when it lands from takeoff. If your aircraft sits on the tarmac in Calgary for 45 minutes, or ATC holds you in a stack over Pearson, or customs waves half the plane through and then slows down, your driver already knows. The adjusted arrival time shows on their dispatch screen in real time.
You don’t call us. You don’t text an update. There’s no penalty charge for the delay because we were never assuming you’d land on the scheduled minute.
