Milton to Pearson
Milton has grown faster than any other municipality in Canada for most of the past two decades, and the people moving here are not just commuters they are frequent flyers. The community draws executives from Halton Region’s growing industrial corridor, professionals who work in downtown Toronto or travel internationally for business, and families with deep roots who now hold passports to match their ambitions. When those residents need to get to Pearson for an early Air Canada departure or a mid-week Porter connection, they want a driver who is already outside before they have finished their coffee. You can book online in under two minutes and receive an instant confirmation with your flat rate locked in sedan, SUV, van, or stretch limo, the price does not change between your booking screen and your drop-off at YYZ. If you have a group of 12 travelling together for a corporate retreat or a family flying out for a destination wedding, contact us directly and we will sort out the right vehicle and coordinate timing for everyone. We run Luxury Sedans for up to three passengers, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUVs for groups of up to six, Mercedes Sprinter Vans for parties up to fourteen, and Stretch Limousines for up to sixteen passengers or any occasion that calls for something more than a standard ride.
The run from Milton to Pearson is roughly 58 kilometres by the most direct path. From most points in town you pick up Highway 401 eastbound at the Derry Road interchange one of the more congested on-ramps on this stretch of the 401 during the 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. window, so we always factor that in. The 401 carries you through Mississauga and into the airport spur at Highway 427, where a short northbound push delivers you to Airport Road and then directly into Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. On a clear mid-morning run the door-to-door time is around 35 minutes. On a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, with the 401 backed up past Trafalgar Road and the 427 exchange stacking, that same drive can run 55 minutes. Our drivers know when to leave. We track your flight from the moment it is airborne on the inbound leg, so a delay does not cost you a cent in waiting fees beyond the first 15 minutes. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Milton and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. For a full list of cities we cover, see our service locations page.

The Route
How Long Does Milton to Pearson Airport Take?
Distance & Drive Time
Milton sits approximately 58 kilometres southwest of Pearson by the standard route. In typical mid-morning conditions after the rush, before the midday slowdown the run takes about 35 to 40 minutes. Allow 50 to 55 minutes for weekday morning rush hour, particularly between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m., when the 401 eastbound between Trafalgar Road and the Credit River crossing slows considerably.
The Route Itself
From most Milton addresses whether you’re leaving from the newer Willmott neighbourhood or an older home near the Halton Regional Museum on Tremaine Road the fastest exit is Highway 401 eastbound via Derry Road or the Highway 25 interchange. The 401 is the spine of this trip. You stay on it through Mississauga until Highway 427, then north to Airport Road, and directly into YYZ. Some drivers prefer the QEW when the 401 at Winston Churchill is stacked, but that adds two interchanges and rarely saves time. We use the 401.
Highway 407 Option
For pickups originating near Milton’s north end around Louis St. Laurent Avenue or the newer industrial parks off Tremaine the Highway 407 ETR is faster during peak hours. Toll charges apply and are added to your fare. For most Milton departures the 401 is the right call without the extra cost.
Terminal Information
Air Canada, WestJet, and most international carriers operate out of Terminal 1. Terminal 3 handles Porter, Sunwing, and several charter carriers. Confirm your terminal at check-in and your driver will pull to the correct departures curb. For arrivals we monitor the gate and meet you inside.

What Milton Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
Living in Milton means an early start to catch a 6 a.m. flight. The driver was in my driveway on Louis St. Laurent at 3:50 a.m., not one minute late. We made it to Pearson with time to grab coffee before security. That is exactly what I needed.
Our flight from Cancun landed 55 minutes late and I was bracing for a long wait or extra charges. The driver tracked the delay, arrived right on time at Terminal 1, and there was zero additional fee. That kind of professionalism is rare and I now use them exclusively from Milton.
Booked the Escalade for six of us heading to a trade show in Chicago. We all fit with luggage and the ride from Brampton was smooth the whole way. The flat rate made splitting cost easy no guessing at the end of the trip.
I travel to international destinations four or five times a year for work and Toronto Airport Limo handles every single departure from my home in Milton. The sedan pricing is fair, the drivers always know the 401 well, and I have never once been late to a flight.
We booked the Sprinter Van for a family of eleven flying out together to Portugal for a family reunion. Driver loaded all the bags without a complaint, the van was immaculate, and we got to Terminal 1 with time to spare despite a slow patch on the 401 near Winston Churchill.
The online booking took about two minutes and the confirmation came instantly. Driver showed up exactly on time at my address near the Halton Regional Museum and had the car at the perfect temperature for a cold November morning. Simple and professional.
I sent my elderly parents from Milton to Pearson with the Meet and Greet service. The driver met them inside the terminal, carried their luggage, and stayed with them through the check-in process. My mother called me from the gate completely calm. That service is worth every dollar.
Used the Stretch Limo for a milestone birthday. Eight of us in the car and the driver made the whole ride feel like part of the evening. Professional, well-dressed, no rushing. We got to the airport for our late-night departure in great spirits.
I appreciate knowing the exact cost before I get in the car. The $85 from Milton is exactly what I paid HST included, tip included. After years of dealing with metered cabs and ride-share surge pricing, this flat rate model is the only thing I trust for airport runs.
My husband and I fly out of Pearson every few months for vacation. We switched to Toronto Airport Limo two years ago and have had zero issues. The SUV gives us room for our oversized bags and the driver always helps load everything without being asked.
Our corporate account uses this service for all executive travel from the Halton area. Billing is clean, drivers are always on time, and the CPIC certification matters to our HR team. Toronto Airport Limo has made our travel logistics genuinely simple.
Took the sedan from my place in Milton’s Beaty neighbourhood on a Tuesday morning. Driver came fifteen minutes early, waited in the car without texting or calling, and the 401 run to Pearson was quick. I made my 7:15 a.m. flight comfortably.
I had a connection delayed in Frankfurt and landed three hours late at Terminal 1. I called ahead and the dispatcher re-scheduled the pickup without charging me anything. The driver was at the arrivals curb when I walked out at midnight, holding a sign with my name. Exactly what you want after a long flight.
