Executive Airport Limousine Toronto
Escalade & Navigator to Pearson

Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. Room for your team, your luggage, and a quiet cabin when you need to take a call. CPIC-certified drivers. Flat rate confirmed before you book.

Executive Airport Transfers

The Escalade Is Our Most Requested Vehicle.

Business travelers book it because the Escalade fits three people comfortably with carry-ons and checked luggage no Tetris at the trunk. The Navigator runs the same. Both have enough cabin space that you’re not sitting on top of each other after a long-haul flight. If you want something closer to a luxury airport limo experience for a solo executive, that option exists too. These SUVs are the right call when you’re traveling with colleagues, clients, or more than two bags.

We’ve been doing airport ground transportation in Toronto since 2009. Every driver on this service passes a CPIC background check. The cabin is quiet. The rate doesn’t change between booking and drop-off.

Cadillac Escalade

Built for Business. Not Just for Show.

The Escalade seats up to six passengers with full luggage. The third row folds flat when you need more cargo space useful when your team is flying in from different cities with different amounts of gear. The cabin runs quiet at highway speeds, which matters when someone needs to take a call on the 427 heading into the city.

Drivers know Pearson well: which terminal doors get congested during peak hours, when to use the upper departures level versus arrivals, and how to time the pickup to avoid the five-minute drop-off clock. You don’t need to manage any of that. View the full fleet if you need to compare vehicles before booking.

Navigator: When the Details Matter

The Lincoln Navigator runs the same route for the same group size but with a slightly different interior feel more horizontal cabin, longer legroom in the rear seats. Some clients prefer it for longer transfers out to Oakville, Burlington, or the Pearson Marriott corridor where the drive runs 45 to 55 minutes. Cabin comfort matters on that stretch.

Both vehicles include Wi-Fi, bottled water, and phone charging. Both are detailed before your specific booking not the night before, not between shifts. When you land and call us from baggage claim, your driver is already in the arrivals area. Contact us to confirm availability on your travel date.

Executive Limo Questions

What most people ask before booking the Escalade or Navigator for a Pearson run.

The Cadillac Escalade comfortably seats six passengers. With a full group of six, you’re looking at carry-on bags plus two to three checked-size bags in the rear cargo area. If your team has more luggage than that say four people each with oversized gear call us before booking so we can confirm the setup or discuss whether two vehicles make more sense for your situation.
CPIC stands for the Canadian Police Information Centre. A CPIC background check pulls criminal record data from police agencies across Canada. Every driver we put on a booking has passed this check. For executive clients who are traveling with corporate guests, clients, or colleagues, knowing your driver has been vetted through a federal database matters more than a simple self-declaration.
Yes. If you need the driver to wait on standby during a meeting, that’s arranged at the time of booking. We handle multi-stop executive days regularly airport pickup, drop at King Street, wait, then onward to another location. Let us know the itinerary when you call or fill out the booking form and we’ll quote the full run as a flat rate.
For a standard airport run, 24 hours notice is enough in most cases. For early morning departures anything before 6 AM book at least 48 hours ahead since those slots fill quickly. For corporate event travel, conference groups, or bookings during busy periods like the Toronto International Film Festival or major trade shows, the earlier the better. We do take same-day calls when availability allows, but the Escalade and Navigator tend to go fast.
Rates are based on pickup location and destination, confirmed flat at the time of booking. Toronto downtown to Pearson, Mississauga to Pearson, Vaughan to Pearson each has a set rate. That rate doesn’t change based on traffic, time of day, or weather. What you confirm when you book is what you pay. No airport surcharge, no toll add-ons, no fuel fees tacked on at drop-off.
