Airport Limo Omemee — Flat Rate to Pearson
$195 flat rate. CPIC-certified driver. Real-time flight tracking. HST and gratuity included — no surprises at drop-off.
Omemee to Pearson — The Route We Know Cold
Most passengers heading to Pearson from Omemee book the night before or the morning of, which means the pickup time usually falls somewhere between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. — well before the 407 gets busy. That’s actually one of the better things about this run. When you leave Omemee at that hour and roll south on County Road 7 toward Lindsay, the roads are quiet. If you need to check availability or ask about timing for your specific flight, you can contact us any time, day or night. We offer four vehicle types on every booking: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, and a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 or any special occasion. The flat rate you see at booking is what you pay at drop-off — HST and 15% gratuity already included. We cover all service areas across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, so if you’re traveling with others joining from a nearby community, that’s easy to arrange.
From Omemee, the standard route runs south on County Road 7 through Lindsay, then west on Highway 35/115 toward the 115-401 interchange near Kirby. From there it’s the 401 westbound through Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, and Pickering before connecting to the 409/427 spur into Pearson. The total distance from Omemee village to YYZ is approximately 155 to 165 km depending on which terminal you’re heading to — Terminal 1 for Air Canada, WestJet, and others, or Terminal 3 for American Airlines, Delta, and international carriers. Normal drive time sits around 90 minutes at off-peak hours. In morning rush, particularly once you hit the 401 west of Oshawa, count on 110 to 120 minutes. The stretch between Whitby and the 412 interchange backs up reliably on weekday mornings — we build that buffer in when we schedule your pickup time. Omemee itself sits in the City of Kawartha Lakes, and a good number of passengers work in Lindsay or commute west into the Peterborough and Durham regions. The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada research station near the village, and the local farms along Highway 7A east of town, generate a fair bit of group and corporate travel through our service. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Omemee and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009.

The Route
How Long Does Omemee to Pearson Airport Take?
The drive from Omemee to Toronto Pearson International Airport covers approximately 155 to 165 km and typically takes 90 to 120 minutes, depending on when you’re travelling and where traffic has decided to be difficult that morning.
The first leg south on County Road 7 through Lindsay is usually clear at any hour — roughly 20 km of open road before you pick up Highway 35/115 westbound at Lindsay. That stretch connects to the 115-401 interchange near Kirby, about 55 km from Omemee. From Kirby, it’s straight 401 westbound through Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, and Pickering. The 401 west of Oshawa, particularly between the 412 interchange and the Brock Road exit in Pickering, is where weekday morning trips slow down — sometimes significantly between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. We factor that into your scheduled pickup time. West of the 400 interchange, the 409 spur feeds directly into Pearson’s Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 areas. Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing, and most domestic carriers operate from Terminal 1. American Airlines, Delta, United, and several international charters use Terminal 3. If you’re unsure which terminal, your boarding pass or the airline’s website will confirm it — or just call us.

What Omemee Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
Booked a 5 a.m. pickup from Omemee for a morning flight out of Terminal 1. The driver was at our address five minutes early, the car was immaculate, and we made it with time to spare. Knowing the price was locked when I booked made the whole morning stress-free.
Our flight back from Frankfurt was delayed almost three hours. Toronto Airport Limo tracked the delay automatically and had our driver waiting when we finally landed. No frantic phone calls from baggage claim — they just knew. That’s worth every dollar on a 15-hour travel day.
Used the Sprinter Van for a group of nine heading down from Omemee to catch a Caribbean cruise flight. Everyone fit comfortably with all the luggage, the driver was professional and punctual, and the flat rate for the whole van was far better than coordinating multiple cars.
I live just outside Omemee and travel for work at least twice a month. This service has been completely reliable for two years running. The SUV is comfortable enough that I can read or reply to emails on the way down the 401 without being jostled around. Excellent all-round.
Arranged the Stretch Limo for my daughter’s bachelorette trip flying out of Pearson. From pickup in the Kawartha Lakes area right to Terminal 1 departures, the experience was exactly what we hoped for. The driver was gracious and professional, and the vehicle was spotless.
The 401 through Whitby was crawling the morning we travelled, and our driver had clearly anticipated it. He left extra time in the schedule, we arrived with 90 minutes before boarding, and not once did I feel rushed or worried. Good planning makes all the difference.
I booked a sedan for an early January flight out of Terminal 3. There was freezing rain the night before and I was genuinely worried about the drive. The driver handled the conditions confidently, and we arrived without incident. I won’t use anything else for winter travel.
Two of us flying business class needed to be at Pearson by 6:30 a.m. The booking was easy, the confirmation email was detailed, and the driver showed up exactly on time at our rural address. No confusion about the pickup location whatsoever. Will absolutely use again.
Have been using Toronto Airport Limo for pickups in the Kawartha region for several years. The vehicles are always clean, the drivers always know the route, and the flat rate never changes from what I see at booking. Consistent and trustworthy — that’s all I ask.
Took the SUV option for a family of five with a toddler. The driver helped load all our gear, there was plenty of room for the stroller and bags, and the car seat base was secured properly. Friendly, patient, and professional the whole way to Terminal 1.
First time booking a limo service and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The online booking was simple, the confirmation came immediately, and the driver called ahead to confirm the address. Made a nerve-wracking travel morning feel completely under control.
Booked the Sprinter Van for a corporate retreat group flying out of Pearson. Twelve people, lots of luggage, 7 a.m. departure. The driver was professional and organized, loaded everything efficiently, and we reached the airport with time for coffee before security. Highly recommended for group travel.
My husband travels to the US for work every few weeks and always books a sedan pickup from our place near Omemee. The service is reliable enough that we stopped even considering alternatives. On-time, courteous, and no games with pricing. That’s the whole requirement met, every time.
