Beaches Area to Pearson

Booking from the Beaches side of Toronto is simple: most passengers reach out 24 to 48 hours ahead of their flight, though same-day pickups work fine when there’s availability. Feel free to contact us directly if you’re unsure about timing or have a non-standard itinerary we’ve handled it before. Your driver pulls up curbside, handles the luggage, and you’re in the vehicle. That’s it. No negotiating a fare at the end of the ride, no surge because traffic was heavier than the app predicted the rate you see when you book is the rate on your receipt. We have four vehicles suited to this run: a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, and a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 or special occasions. All rates are flat and inclusive of HST and 15% gratuity, which makes early-morning departures the kind that leave no mental room for math a lot less stressful.

Want to get a better sense of who’s behind the wheel before you travel? Read about us we’ve been doing this run since 2009 and the team knows this city’s road patterns the way most people know their commute. From the Beaches, the standard route moves west on Lake Shore Boulevard East, picks up the Gardiner Expressway, and eventually connects to Highway 427 South toward the airport. The total distance from the eastern end of the Beaches near Woodbine Avenue to Pearson International Airport is roughly 34 to 38 kilometres depending on exact pickup address. Under good conditions mid-morning, mid-week the drive runs 25 to 35 minutes. Rush hour changes the calculation significantly: the Gardiner between Jarvis and the DVP is a known choke point, and the stretch of Lake Shore through Sunnyside gets backed up badly on weekday mornings. We leave margin built in. Passengers heading from the Queen Street East corridor near establishments like the Fox Theatre or the Beaches neighbourhood near Kew Gardens should plan for the Gardiner to behave unpredictably before 9 a.m. on any given weekday. We monitor conditions in real time and adjust if an alternate via the 401 West looks quicker. Pearson arrivals go to Terminal 1 for Air Canada and Star Alliance carriers, Terminal 3 for WestJet and other partners we track your flight either way and time the pickup accordingly. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving the Beaches Area and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. Explore all our service areas at our locations page.

Why the Beaches Area Chooses Toronto Airport Limo

Flat Rate Guaranteed

The price you see when you book is the price you pay. The Gardiner can back up, Lake Shore can slow to a crawl through Sunnyside the rate doesn’t change. Ever.

CPIC Certified

Every driver passes a Canadian Police Information Centre background check before their first pickup. That standard doesn’t lapse it’s renewed regularly.

Real-Time Flight Tracking

We watch your flight live. If your Air Canada departure from T1 is delayed or your WestJet connection from T3 lands early, we know before you do and adjust accordingly no surcharge.

24/7 Including Beach Season

Summer Sundays in the Beaches mean street festivals, heavy foot traffic on Queen East, and packed parking. We route around it. 3 a.m. pickups work the same as noon full service, no surcharge.

How Long Does the Beaches Area to Pearson Airport Take?

From the eastern end of the Beaches near Woodbine Avenue, the distance to Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is approximately 34 to 38 kilometres. The main route runs west on Lake Shore Boulevard East, connects to the Gardiner Expressway westbound, transitions to Highway 427 South, and arrives at the airport terminals via Dixon Road. Clean conditions off-peak: 25 to 35 minutes. Morning rush hour on the Gardiner particularly the stretch between the Don Valley Parkway and Spadina can extend that to 45 minutes or more.

Passengers departing from the western end of the Beaches near Balmy Beach or Kew Beach face roughly the same distance and a slightly better approach to the Gardiner ramp. The 401 westbound via the Don Valley Parkway is a legitimate alternate when the Gardiner is congested, though the 401 carries its own risks through the downtown core interchange zone.

For very early morning departures 4 a.m. pickups are not unusual for international flights the run to Pearson is the easiest it gets all week. The Gardiner is clear, 427 is open, and terminal arrivals take 28 minutes from Woodbine without much variation.

What Beaches Area Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo

★★★★★

I’ve been using Toronto Airport Limo from the Beaches for the past three years and the flat rate is the biggest reason I keep coming back. I travel for work frequently and the last thing I want is a metered ride with unpredictable charges. The driver was at my door on Lee Avenue right on time and we made it to Pearson with 20 minutes to spare.

★★★★★

My flight from Pearson was delayed by nearly two hours due to mechanical issues and I was dreading what the return pickup situation would look like. Toronto Airport Limo tracked the delay and my driver was waiting at T1 arrivals exactly when I landed no confusion, no extra charge. Genuinely impressive service.

Booked the Sprinter Van for a corporate group flying out of Toronto we had 11 passengers from different addresses across the east end. The driver coordinated two pickup stops smoothly and had everyone to the airport well before check-in closed. Luggage was organized without anyone having to ask.

4 a.m. pickup from Queen Street East near Woodbine the driver was already parked and waiting when I came downstairs. Completely quiet, professional, didn’t need to make conversation at that hour. Vehicle was spotless. Made it to Terminal 3 in 30 minutes flat.

We used the Stretch Limo for a bachelorette trip departing out of Pearson. The whole group piled in from the Beaches and the driver was patient, professional, and even knew a quick route that avoided the worst of the Gardiner backup that morning. Arrived in style and completely on time.

I specifically chose this company after reading about the CPIC background check requirement. As a solo female traveller departing on early morning international flights, that matters. The driver was courteous, didn’t take any questionable detours, and had me at T1 without drama.

The pricing transparency is what got me first every fee is listed on their website including HST and gratuity. No surprises. The SUV was clean, spacious, and the driver handled three bags without being asked. I’ve recommended this service to at least six colleagues who fly out of Toronto regularly.

My elderly mother needed a reliable ride from her home near Kew Gardens to Pearson to catch a flight to visit family. The driver arrived early, helped her with her luggage, and called me when she was safely inside departures. That level of care is exactly what I needed and this company delivered it without being asked.

Used the Lincoln Navigator for a family of five with a lot of luggage two weeks of ski gear packed into bags. The driver didn’t flinch, fit everything in, and the ride was smooth all the way to T3. Booking online took four minutes and the confirmation came immediately.

I’ve taken this service six times in the past year from the Beaches. The consistency is what stands out same professional standard every time, different drivers, same quality. The Gardiner was a mess one particular morning and the driver calmly rerouted via the 401 without any fuss. We made the flight easily.

Booked last-minute about three hours before my flight and they had a sedan available and dispatched within minutes. I half expected to be told it wasn’t possible. Instead the driver arrived at my place on Silver Birch Avenue ahead of schedule and we made it to Terminal 1 with time to grab a coffee before security.

The meet and greet service at arrivals was worth every dollar. After a 14-hour international flight I didn’t want to navigate the airport trying to find a driver. Having someone waiting with a sign in the arrivals hall made everything effortless. The ride back into the city was quiet and comfortable.

This was my first time using a limo service to the airport and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The booking process was clear, the fare was exactly as quoted, and the driver was professional from start to finish. I’m never going back to cab apps for airport runs. Toronto Airport Limo has my business permanently.

Beaches Area Airport Limo Common Questions

From the Beaches Area, a Luxury Sedan is $85, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV is $110, a Mercedes Sprinter Van is $495, and a Stretch Limousine is $545. All prices are flat rates with HST and 15% gratuity already included. There is a $13 airport pickup fee for Sedan and SUV and $24 for Van and Limo. No surge pricing, no meter running in traffic the rate you see is the rate you pay at drop-off.

The drive from the Beaches to Pearson International Airport is approximately 34 to 38 kilometres via Lake Shore Boulevard East, the Gardiner Expressway, and Highway 427 South. Off-peak, the trip takes 25 to 35 minutes. During morning rush hour particularly between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. the Gardiner Expressway can extend the journey to 45 minutes or longer. We factor this into pickup scheduling automatically so you never arrive at the airport with less than two hours to spare on domestic flights and three on international.

Yes. The flat rate is locked at the time of booking. If the Gardiner Expressway is at a standstill, if an accident on the 427 forces a reroute via the 401, or if any other road event extends the trip your rate stays the same. The only fees that can change your total are optional services you choose to add, such as an en route stop or Meet and Greet. Traffic delays alone never affect the price.

We offer four vehicles for the Beaches to Pearson route. The Luxury Sedan fits up to 3 passengers and starts at $85. The Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV fits up to 6 and costs $110 the most popular choice for families and small groups. Yes. We monitor every flight in real time using live flight data. If your departure from Pearson is delayed, your driver waits no cancellation charge, no rebooking required.
