Airport Limo Bancroft Flat Rate to Pearson
From the Mineral Capital of Canada straight to YYZ. One fixed price. No surprises. Professional drivers who know every kilometre of this route.
Bancroft to Pearson
Most passengers booking from Bancroft are catching international flights, which means the stakes on timing are real. Depending on your departure window, we typically recommend a pickup two and a half to three hours before wheels-up more if you’re flying out on a Monday morning or a Friday when the 115 south of Minden gets congested near the Haliburton County line. We cover all service areas across Ontario, but the Bancroft corridor is one we know without a second thought. The pickup is door-to-door: we arrive at your address, load your bags, and that’s the last thing you need to manage. Whether you need a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 passengers, a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for groups up to 14, or a Stretch Limousine for up to 16 the flat rate is locked at the time you book online, with HST and gratuity already folded in, so what you see is exactly what you pay at the end of the ride.
The main route from Bancroft runs south on Highway 28 through Apsley, then picks up County Road 46 near Lakefield before connecting to Highway 115/35 and ultimately merging onto Highway 401 east of Oshawa. Total distance to Pearson International Airport is roughly 220 kilometres, and under normal conditions that translates to two and a half hours. Add thirty to forty minutes during rush hour on the 401 between Oshawa and the 407/410 interchange that stretch is reliably slow between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. and again from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. We watch that corridor in real time and adjust departure times accordingly. The Bancroft area draws travellers from the logging sector, the Ministry of Natural Resources forestry operations, and the busy summer cottage traffic heading through Algonquin’s east gate. We also serve guests departing from Maple Lake Road, the York River area, and the surrounding Hastings Highlands. Once we clear the 401 and head west, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at YYZ are both standard stops. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Bancroft and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. See the full service area list here.

Why Bancroft Chooses Toronto Airport Limo

How Long Does Bancroft to Pearson Airport Take?
The standard route leaves Bancroft south on Highway 28, one of the straighter roads out of Hastings County. It passes through Cardiff, Apsley, and down through Kawartha Lakes territory before connecting to the Highway 115/35 corridor. From there it’s a straight western run through Lindsay, joining Highway 35 south past Coboconk and eventually picking up the 115 proper toward the 401 at Brock Road in Pickering.
Under clean conditions mid-week, non-rush expect roughly 2 hours 30 minutes to Terminal 1 at Pearson. Budget 3 hours or more for early morning Friday departures or any Monday after a long weekend, when cottage traffic piles up between Peterborough and the 401. The stretch of the 401 between Oshawa and the 427/400 interchange is where most of the delay collects.
Pearson’s Terminal 1 handles Air Canada and most international carriers. Terminal 3 covers WestJet, Sunwing, and select charters. Tell us which terminal when you book if it changes after your flight updates, we’re already watching the flight data and will adjust.

What Bancroft Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo
I’ve been using Toronto Airport Limo for my quarterly work trips out of Bancroft for about three years now. Every single pickup has been on time, and the driver always confirms the night before. No stress, no scrambling at 4 a.m.
My flight from Pearson landed nearly two hours late coming back from Lisbon. The driver was still there waiting at Terminal 1 without complaint. That kind of patience is what keeps me coming back. Bancroft to Toronto in a clean, quiet SUV is exactly what you want after a long flight.
We had a group of seven heading to Cancun for a family trip. Booked the Sprinter Van and it was the right call plenty of room for everyone and all the luggage. The flat rate made splitting the cost easy, and the driver got us to the airport with time to spare.
Living in Bancroft means you have to plan airport trips carefully. This service takes all the planning stress away. Driver was professional, the Sedan was spotless, and knowing the price upfront meant I wasn’t watching the meter the whole way down the 28.
I booked the Escalade for an early Monday morning pickup 3:30 a.m. departure from my place. The driver was out front at 3:25, completely professional. The drive down Highway 28 in the dark with good company and a clean vehicle made the whole thing painless.
I’ve used taxis and rideshares for the Bancroft-to-Pearson run and the experience is never consistent. Toronto Airport Limo is different same quality every time, same pricing, same punctuality. Worth every dollar for a route this long.
We booked the Stretch Limo for my daughter’s bachelorette trip departure eight women heading to Vegas. The vehicle was gorgeous and the driver was patient through all the excitement. A perfect start to the trip. The flat rate for a group that size was completely fair.
My flight was delayed by about an hour and a half due to a mechanical issue. I called the number and they already knew from tracking my inbound connection. The driver had adjusted his pickup time without me asking. That’s the kind of service that earns loyalty.
Coming back from a business trip to Frankfurt at 11:30 p.m., the last thing I wanted was to figure out transit back to Bancroft. The driver was at the arrivals curb, took my bags, and the ride home was smooth. Quiet, professional, no unnecessary conversation exactly what I needed.
I appreciate that the HST and gratuity are included in the flat rate. No awkward moment at drop-off wondering what to tip. The booking process online is simple and you get a confirmation right away. Used this service twice in the last four months.
The driver knew the Highway 115 and 28 route well including where to expect slowdowns. He left a bit of buffer time and we had a completely relaxed 45 minutes at the airport before boarding. Highly recommended for anyone making the Kawartha-to-Pearson run.
Booked for my parents who don’t drive long distances anymore. They said the driver was kind, helped with the luggage, and the car was immaculate. It’s a relief to have a service I can trust for family members making a long trip from Bancroft to the airport.
Third time using them for the Bancroft run. First two times I had the Sedan, this time I upgraded to the Escalade because I had extra luggage from a three-week trip. The extra space was worth it. Same great service regardless of the vehicle.
