Lindsay to Pearson

Most Lindsay passengers book 24 to 48 hours before their flight, and we recommend scheduling your pickup three hours before domestic departures and three and a half hours before international. The driver arrives at your door whether that’s a house on Cambridge Street South, a property out on Hwy 35 near Ops, or anywhere in between and the clock does not start running against you the moment you’re inside. You can read more about how we operate on our about us page. That peace of mind matters on a morning when you’re already watching the departure board in your head. The flat rate you locked at booking is the flat rate you pay, full stop HST and 15 per cent gratuity are folded in, so there is no mental arithmetic at the airport curb. For solo travellers and couples, a Luxury Sedan handles up to 3 passengers with ease; families or small groups step up to a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV for up to 6; larger parties board a Mercedes Sprinter Van for up to 14; and when the occasion calls for something unmistakable, a Stretch Limousine carries up to 16 the full range is detailed in our fleet page. The Hwy 35 to Hwy 115 corridor heading south toward the 401 can tighten up during morning rush between Port Hope and Bowmanville, and we factor that buffer into every Lindsay departure without you having to ask.

The drive from Lindsay to Pearson International Airport runs roughly 158 kilometres by the most direct route. From downtown Lindsay, the standard path follows Hwy 35 south through Omemee and connects to Hwy 115 near Kirby, then picks up Hwy 35/115 into the 401 westbound at Newcastle. From there it’s a straight shot west past Oshawa, Ajax, and Pickering to the 427 north or the 409 spur directly into Pearson. When the 401 is moving cleanly, the trip runs about 100 to 110 minutes. Add 15 to 20 minutes if you’re leaving between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. on a weekday, when the 401 between Whitby and Scarborough packs in. The 407 ETR is available as an alternative east of Toronto and cuts through the corridor faster, though the toll is added to your fare as noted. Lindsay’s largest employers Ross Memorial Hospital, the City of Kawartha Lakes, and a range of agricultural operations east of town mean a lot of our passengers are heading out for medical conferences, municipal travel, and seasonal contracts that require precision timing. Pearson serves both Terminal 1 for Star Alliance carriers and Terminal 3 for others; we confirm your terminal at booking so the driver pulls directly to the right curb. This information is provided by the Toronto Airport Limo operations team, serving Lindsay and the Greater Toronto Area since 2009. You can see all locations we serve at our full locations directory.

Why Lindsay Chooses Toronto Airport Limo

🔒
Flat Rate Guaranteed
The price you book is the price you pay. Traffic on the 401 through Oshawa, a slow merge at the 427, a construction delay near Hwy 35 none of it adds a dollar to your fare. Locked at booking, every time.
CPIC Certified Drivers
Every driver passes a full CPIC criminal background check before their first ride. You’re not sharing a car with a stranger who downloaded an app last week these are professional ground transportation drivers.
✈️
Real-Time Flight Tracking
We monitor your flight from the moment it’s scheduled. Delayed out of Toronto, diverted, or pushing back late we adjust your pickup without a phone call from you. Critical for Lindsay passengers catching connections at Pearson.
🕐
24/7 Including Hwy 35 Pre-Dawn Runs
Early-morning international departures from Lindsay often mean a 3:30 or 4 a.m. pickup on a dark stretch of Hwy 35. We’ve done hundreds of those runs. The driver is on time and the vehicle is warm.

How Long Does Lindsay to Pearson Airport Take?

Distance
Approximately 158 km from downtown Lindsay to Pearson Terminal 1
Standard Drive Time
100 to 110 minutes in normal conditions. Budget 125 to 130 minutes for weekday morning departures between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. when the 401 between Whitby and Scarborough runs slow.
Route
Hwy 35 south from Lindsay through Omemee, connecting to Hwy 115 near Kirby, then south onto Hwy 35/115 to the 401 westbound at Newcastle. West along the 401 past Oshawa, Ajax, and Pickering, then Hwy 427 north or the 409 spur direct into Pearson.
Traffic Notes
The worst pinch point on this run is the 401 between Thickson Road in Whitby and Morningside in Scarborough. It compresses on weekday mornings and after 4 p.m. eastbound. The Hwy 115 section itself is generally clean except during winter storms we carry that winter buffer automatically for Lindsay pickups from November through March.
Toll Option
Hwy 407 ETR is available east of Toronto and can bypass the worst 401 congestion near Scarborough and North York. The toll is charged at cost and added transparently to your fare.
Pearson Terminal
Terminal 1 for Air Canada, United, Lufthansa, and other Star Alliance carriers. Terminal 3 for WestJet, Sunwing, and most charter operations. We confirm your terminal at booking the driver goes straight to the right curb, no circling.
Our Recommendation
For international flights, book pickup 3.5 hours before departure. For domestic, 3 hours is generally comfortable from Lindsay. Tight connections on a return trip into Pearson? Let us know and we’ll time the pickup from the gate arrival, not the scheduled landing.

What Lindsay Passengers Say About Toronto Airport Limo

★★★★★

I’ve used Toronto Airport Limo for every international trip out of Lindsay for the past three years. The driver was at my door on Hwy 35 North before I even had my coffee finished. The flat rate never changes I always know exactly what I’m paying before the trip starts.

Margaret T. Lindsay, ON
★★★★★

My flight back into Pearson was delayed by almost two hours due to weather in Montreal. I didn’t have to call anyone the driver was tracking my flight and was right there when I landed. Coming all the way from Lindsay, that kind of reliability means everything.

Kevin R. Lindsay, ON
★★★★★

We had a group of eight heading to Pearson for a family trip to Portugal. The Sprinter Van was spotless, comfortable, and the driver got us to Terminal 1 with time to spare. Booking was easy and the price for eight people was genuinely better than the alternatives.

Sandra M. Kawartha Lakes, ON
★★★★★

I had a 6 a.m. departure and booked a 3 a.m. pickup from my place near Lindsay. The driver was early, the car was warm, and he knew exactly where he was going without any GPS confusion on the back roads near Ops. Absolutely professional from start to finish.

David C. Lindsay, ON
★★★★★

Used the Stretch Limo for my daughter’s bachelorette trip departure from Lindsay. The vehicle was immaculate and the driver kept the mood light without being intrusive. Fourteen of us arrived at Pearson Terminal 3 in style and on time. Would absolutely book again.

After a rough red-eye home, having a driver waiting at Pearson with a name sign and a quiet, clean SUV was exactly what I needed. The ride back to Lindsay felt effortless. No small talk required, no detours just straight home.

James W. Lindsay, ON
★★★★★

The Escalade fit our entire family including car seats and four large suitcases with room left over. The driver helped load everything at our home near Kent Street and unloaded at the terminal curb. We’ve tried other services before nothing comes close to this level of care.

Alicia B. Lindsay, ON
★★★★★

I travel monthly for work and this is the only service I trust from the Kawartha Lakes area. The driver knows the 401 timing cold we always take the 407 when the traffic report shows congestion and I’m never late for a flight. Consistency matters when your job depends on it.

Robert F. Omemee, ON
★★★★★

Booked for my parents who are elderly and a bit anxious about travel. The driver was patient, helped with luggage, and communicated every step of the way. They called me from Pearson to say it was the smoothest trip they’d ever had getting to the airport.

Our corporate account has used Toronto Airport Limo for Lindsay-to-Pearson runs for four years. Billing is clean, drivers are professional, and the flat rate makes expense reporting simple. We’ve never had a missed pickup or a billing dispute. That record speaks for itself.

My flight into Pearson was diverted to Ottawa due to a storm. When I finally landed at Pearson the next morning, the dispatcher had already arranged a new pickup. I didn’t have to explain anything they already knew. That is remarkable service.

Lisa N. Bobcaygeon, ON
★★★★★

From booking online to the drop-off at Terminal 1, everything was exactly as described. The sedan was clean, the driver arrived five minutes early on a dark January morning, and the price matched the booking to the cent. Simple and professional that’s all I need.

Nathan P. Lindsay, ON

We used the van for a hockey team travel day twelve players, gear bags, and sticks. The driver handled the chaos without complaint and had us at Pearson with forty minutes to spare. The boys were impressed, and so was I.

Lindsay Airport Limo Common Questions

Flat rates from Lindsay start at $175 for a Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers), $215 for a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator SUV (up to 6), $675 for a Mercedes Sprinter Van (up to 14), and $795 for a Stretch Limousine (up to 16). Every price includes HST and a 15% gratuity there is nothing extra added at the curb. Airport pickup fees, en route stops, and Highway 407 tolls are listed separately and disclosed before you confirm your booking.
Under normal highway conditions the drive runs 100 to 110 minutes, covering roughly 158 kilometres. The route follows Hwy 35 south through Omemee to Hwy 115, then the 401 westbound from Newcastle into Pearson. On weekday mornings between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., plan for 125 to 130 minutes due to 401 congestion between Whitby and Scarborough. Winter conditions on the Hwy 35/115 stretch can add another 15 minutes we build that buffer into Lindsay departure times automatically from November through March.
Yes, unconditionally. The flat rate is locked at the moment you complete your booking. Traffic on the 401 through Oshawa, construction delays near the Hwy 115 junction, a slow merge at the 427 none of it changes your fare. The only additions that can apply are items you choose at booking: an en route stop, Meet and Greet service, or the Highway 407 toll if you request it. Everything else is absorbed by us.
For 1 to 3 passengers with standard luggage, the Luxury Sedan at $175 is the most economical choice. Groups of 4 to 6 a family with suitcases, for instance will be more comfortable in the Escalade or Navigator SUV at $215. If you’re travelling with 7 to 14 people, the Mercedes Sprinter Van at $675 handles the group in one vehicle, which is far more practical than coordinating multiple cars on Hwy 35 at 4 a.m. For 15 or 16 passengers, or for a special event departure, the Stretch Limousine at $795 handles the headcount and adds an occasion to the trip.
Yes. For airport pickups we monitor your inbound flight in real time from the moment it departs its origin. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or arrives early, we adjust the pickup timing accordingly. You do not need to call us or send a message the system updates the driver automatically. For Lindsay passengers, this matters because the drive back is long enough that a driver arriving on a fixed schedule with no flight awareness can mean a 90-minute wait at the curb. We don’t do that.

Toronto Airport Limo has been running the Lindsay to Pearson corridor since 2009 through winter storms on Hwy 35, morning gridlock on the 401, and red-eye returns that arrive before sunrise. The flat rate, the flight tracking, and the CPIC-certified drivers are not marketing language. They are the baseline standard on every single trip we run from Kawartha Lakes.
